Hey, I’m Becca Laurito: professional symphony musician, energy healer, and business mentor for spiritual entrepreneurs.
I spent the early part of my career chasing the dream to “make it” in the classical world. And one might even say I did: I earned the title of Principal Percussionist with the Honolulu Symphony and have performed with some of the most prestigious orchestras in the country, like the Philadelphia Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, and National Symphony, on iconic stages like Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center.
But behind all those accomplishments, I was constantly battling anxiety and stage fright. No matter how much I practiced, I couldn’t shake the pressure to perform perfectly. That’s what led me down the rabbit hole into energy work, embodiment, and spiritual practice.
While living in Hawai‘i, I spent three years studying under a Kupuna (a wise elder), who taught me energy work, the chakra system, and helped me release deep-rooted trauma. That experience cracked me wide open, and when I discovered sound healing, it all clicked. I knew this was what I was meant to do.
But even then, I started just like so many others do, charging $22 a session and hoping people would show up.

Live calls take place every other Sunday at 12 pm PST, with times adjusted for time zones and daylight savings. Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a Google Calendar invite with the full class schedule. Calls run for 60-90 minutes.

No worries! All live calls are recorded and made available within 24 hours in your course portal. You can also submit questions in advance, and Becca will address them during the call, even if you’re not present. These calls are designed to support your progress and connect you with others in the group.
