Live calls take place every other Sunday at 12pm PST, with times adjusted for time zones and daylight savings. Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a Google Calendar invite with the full class schedule. Calls run for 60-90 minutes.

No worries! All live calls are recorded and made available within 24 hours. You can also submit questions in advance, and Becca will address them during the call, even if you’re not present. These calls are designed to support your progress and connect you with others in the group.

No, the course does not include sound healing instruments or technical gear for recording. These are additional investments you’ll make outside of the program.

If you’d like to become ISTA certified, there is an optional donation of $111 to their non-profit organization. For virtual sound baths, you’ll need microphones and other gear, which come at additional costs. Becca provides recommendations for options to suit every budget.

Absolutely! SHBA has students from all over the world. All you need is an internet connection. If time zone differences prevent you from attending live coaching calls, you can submit questions in advance and listen to the recordings.
